ROCKIN’ CAMPS – IT’S YOUR BAND!

Get ready to hit the stage and make it happen. You will form your own band and perform a concert by the end of the week! Work together with your band mates & create your band name, logo, backstage passes, biographies, media release and press kits. Get your band image together, participate in a photo session, and get ready for the video cameras to roll. Learn about the History of Rock, recording techniques, and what makes the music business tick …from the people who know. Get the inside track on how to write your own songs from real songwriters, and experience the thrill of writing your first hit. There’s no place else to get this kind of experience …anywhere. So, get ready for a wild ride at the only place for authentic rock camps …Rock This Way!

Bring A Friend! (And meet new friends too…)

If you have a friend who plays or sings, drag them along with you. (Any friend of yours is a friend of ours …). Musicians must be 8 years or older. Players are grouped together with regard to age and ability.

ADVANCED PERFORMANCE/RECORDING WORKSHOPS

In addition to our regular Rockin’ Camp, we are also pleased to offer an exciting Advanced Performance/Recording Workshop . This program is geared towards intermediate and advanced students who have been playing for at least two years and are keen to expand their musical horizons. It’s an exclusive opportunity to work in a small group environment with one of Rock This Way’s amazing Music Instructors. Students will rehearse, perform & record songs …including an original song they have written together. This week-long hands-on workshop (2 ½hours a day) is a unique chance to learn about songwriting, performance & recording techniques from a true professional.
